My life in these days

In academic terms the current semester won’t be so hard for me, mainly because I just have three subjects, in contrast with some of my classmates that have a full academic load. With this at my side, I have plenty of time for doing other activities and interests. Most of them involve an urge towards self-improvement and betterment.

As an example I’ve been practicing yoga twice a week, for about two months and I must say that it has been a really fulfilling experience. Yoga involves a series of different mental and physical exercises; many of them are based on breathing techniques that were specially designed in order to get a complete body relaxation, and also a deep rediscovering of your conscience and soul. Since I practice yoga, I’ve noticed several positive changes with my posture and my concentration skills.
I would like to practice yoga for the rest of my life; it’s a very healthy discipline in which I think people should spend some time.

I’d also like to join an Arab dance workshop, dancing is one of my favorite hobbies, so I think this could be a great opportunity to learn the belly dance, I really love this move because of its haunting and sensual nature.

I’m very glad at the moment; the thing that excites me the most is the fact that I’m going to finish my career soon and although sometimes I feel a little bit nervous, I think I’m completely ready and prepared to deal with all sort of professional challenges.

By this time next year I hope to have chosen an appropriate and interesting topic to work on my thesis.
